We made a reply to the letter to editor regarding "Fourth ventricle stent placement for treatment of type I Chiari malformation in children" by Prof. Afshari. He gave some comments on the primary cause of low-lying cerebellar tonsils and the risk of the fourth ventricle stent (FVS).
