Introduction: Structuralmagneticresonanceimaging (sMRI)can directlymeasurethelocation and degree of brain atrophy, which isan important techniquefor thestudy and diagnosis ofFrontotemporal dementia(FTD). 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography ( 18F-FDG PET), whichmeasures glucose metabolism, is one ofthe mostcommonly used imaging biomarkers for FTD. Cerebral blood flow(CBF) measured by arterialspin-labeling (ASL) MRI isconsidered to betightly related to glucose metabolism. However, the diagnostic value ofsMRI, ASL and 18F-FDGPET for FTDis stillcontroversial. The objective ofthis studywas to compare quantitative graymatter volume, glucose metabolismand CBF values in patients with FTDusing integrated PET/MR.
