摘要:
目的 测定新生儿Tosight喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入的半数肺泡气浓度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in 50%,MAC EI50)和95%有效肺泡气浓度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in 95%,MAC EI95).方法 选择22例美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA)Ⅰ或Ⅱ级择期全身麻醉手术的新生儿,吸入七氟醚麻醉,初次浓度设置为3.3%,相邻浓度比为1.1,七氟醚的浓度按改良序贯法增加或减少一级,待七氟醚的浓度达血-脑平衡10 min后行气管插管.用概率单位回归法计算出新生儿Tosight喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入诱导的肺泡气浓度MAC EI50和E195及相应的95%可信区间(confidence interval,95% CI).结果 全凭七氟醚吸入诱导Tosight喉镜气管插管时患儿肺泡气浓度的MAC EI50为3.65%,95% CI为3.28% ~ 4.04%;MAC EI95为4.24%,95% CI为3.93%~7.14%.结论 Tosight喉镜用于新生儿气管插管时的肺泡气浓度的MAC EI50和EI95分别为3.65%和4.24%.
