指南或共识均以循证医学的证据为基础.循证医学的发展,特别是新证据的不断产生,必然促进指南的更新和发展.美国心脏病协会(American Heart Association,AHA)/卒中协会(American Stroke Association,ASA),欧洲卒中组织(European Stroke Organization,ESO),中华医学会神经病学分会于不同时间分别制定了有关卒中的急性期治疗和二级预防指南,均包括血糖管理内容.
