摘要:
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of childhood cutaneous vessel anormalies. Methods: A retrospective study on the data of 3010 children patients with cutaneous vessel anormalies was done, including the clinical characteristics, the diagnoses and the management of these cases. Results: The male to female ratio was 1: 1.7. The onset age of most cases (71.9%) was within one month. And, the age of the first visit to doctor was younger than one year in nearly 2/3 patients (64.1%). The lesions were mainly located on the head and face. The size of lesions in 32.3% patients was within 1 cm2. Among 3 010 cases, infantile hemangioma was mostly seen, accounting for 36.3%(1 105 cases); followed by congenital hemangioma (30.4%, 916 cases), then spider telangiectasia (14.5%, 436 cases). the last one was capillary abnormality (323 cases). The application of 595 nm adjustable pulsed dye laser was the most common treatment in these cases. Conclusions: Infantile hemangioma and congenital hemangioma are the two most common cutaneous vessel anormalies in children, most of them located on the face. The age of onset in hemangioma was younger than that in capillary malformation, which might be related to the proliferation of endothelial cells. The most common treatment is 595 nm adjustable pulsed dye laser.
