摘要:
Objective: To investigate the long-term therapeutic effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in high-risk patients with nondisabling cerebrovascular events. Methods: Patients with minor ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Aspirin was used in the control group, while clopidogrel combined with aspirin was used in the treatment group. The primary outcomes were recurrent stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) and poor prognosis (defined as mRS 2~6) during 1 year and 5 years of follow-up. Differences in outcomes between groups were assessed by using the Cox proportional hazards model. The rates of recurrent stroke and poor prognosis between the two groups were analyzed by using multivariate Cox regression model and multivariate logistic regression model respectively. Results: A total of 231 high-risk patients with nondisabling cerebrovascular events were enrolled, among whom 115 were in the treatment group and 116 were in the control group. Compared with the control group, the rates of recurrent stroke and poor prognosis were lower in the treatment group. Conclusion: The application of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in high-risk patients with nondisabling cerebrovascular events may bring benefit for 5 years. © 2019, Chinese Journal of New Drugs Co.
