Ultrasound-guided pulsed radiofrequency combined with platelet-rich plasma injection and low-temperature plasma release in the treatment of meniscus injury: A case report

Dear Editor, A 52-year-old woman presents with soreness, pinprick pain and numbness on the right knee caused by II meniscus injury, after minimally invasive interventional therapy which combined highvoltage long-duration pulsed radiofrequency (PRF), platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection and low-temperature plasma release of the right knee (Fig. 1A and B), the pain was significantly reduced, and during the two-month follow-up after surgery, the patient recovered well.
