摘要:
Objective: To reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions induced by antineoplastic drugs by pharmaceutical care. Methods: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to two melanoma patients who developed adverse reactions during immune checkpoint blockers treatment, and made causality analysis. Results: Clinical pharmacists provided suggestions on rational use of drugs and prevention of adverse reactions through utilizing professional knowledge, which ensured that the patients safely completed the treatment. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists should follow the progress in immune checkpoint blockers and strengthen pharmaceutical care to improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment. © 2019, Chinese Journal of New Drugs Co.
