摘要：
Monozygotic twins both with Chiari malformation are extremely rare. Chiari malformation type 1.5 has not been reported in monozy-gotic twins. The twins developed different symptoms at different ages, with nine years apart. © 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
