Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of bedside interventional ultrasonography. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made to 1121 hospitalized patients who accepted bedside ultrasonography guiding interventional minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment. Results: The patients could be divided into 5 groups, including deep venous puncture group (n = 759), catheter drainage group (n=194), puncture biopsy group (n=51), obstetrics group (n = 50) and minimally invasive treatment group (n = 67). The success rate was 99.47% (755/759), 98.97% (192/194), 94.12% (48/51), 96.00% (48/50), and 98.51% (66/67), respectively, while the complication rate was 1.58% (12/759), 2.58% (5/194), 1.96% (1/51), 0 and 1.49% (1/67), respectively. Conclusion: Bedside interventional ultrasonography is minimally invasive, fast, safe and convenient, having good curative effect and important in clinical application value.
