摘要：

Organized Stroke Care is the coordinated stroke strategy which aims to improve the best medical care for the patients with stroke. The best medical care is that of high-quality, standardization, effectiveness, and well cost-effect. The elemental files for Organized Stroke Care is guideline and integrated care pathways. The projects of Organized Stroke Care mainly are stroke unit in Europe, stroke center in USA. STEP (stroke treatment education program) in Canada and BOSS (Beijing Organized Stroke Care System) in China.
