摘要：

目的：研究肺非黏液型原位腺癌（NMAIS）与非特殊型浸润性腺癌中突变p53蛋白过表达情况，比较其在肺NMAIS与非特殊型浸润性腺癌中的表达差异。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测17例肺NMAIS与70例肺非特殊型浸润性腺癌突变p53蛋白过表达情况。结果突变p53蛋白过表达在肺NMAIS中为0／17，在肺非特殊型浸润性腺癌为37／70（52．9％），两者之间比较差异有统计学意义（ P＝0．000）。结论突变p53蛋白过表达在部分肺NMAIS进展为浸润性肺腺癌中可能起着重要的作用。
