Objective: To observe the value of fetal echocardiography in diagnosis of Ebstein abnormalitiy and combined complications. Methods: Fourteen fetus with Ebstein anomaly from 2450 fetal echocardiography examinations were analyzed. Results: Echocardiography showed all the fetuses with Ebstein anomaly had tricuspid regurgitation, 11 (11/14, 78.57%) had severe tricuspid regurgitation, 7 (7/14, 50.00%) had pulmonary stenosis, the ratio of pulmonary and aorta diameter was larger than 1.1 in 3 fetuses (3/14, 21.43%). One fetus combined with other cardiac deformation, 7 had pleural effusion, ascites or pericardial effusion. Conclusion: Severe tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary stenosis/hypoplasia, the decreased ratio of pulmonary and aorta diameter and pleural effusion/ascites/pericardial effusion are common in fetuses with Ebstein anomaly.
